LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Misha J’s Factory is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
