• All orders are processed within 1-3business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Custom orders take 10–15 days to process.

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time depends on the selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 3-5business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Local Pickup

• Local customers can select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

• Orders will be ready for pickup the same day

• Pickup location: Misha J’s Factory, 10003 St Charles Rock Road St Ann , MO.

International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

• While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Misha J’s Factory is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
