Refund policy

At Misha J’s Factory, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our designs and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe:
    Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store purchases).
  2. Condition:
    Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-made or altered dresses
  • Sale, clearance items, and accessories
  • Items returned without proof of purchase
  • Items returned beyond the allowed timeframe

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom-made or altered items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

ONLINE & IN-STORE RETURNS

  • In-Store Purchases:
    Returns must be brought to our store along with proof of purchase for inspection and processing.
  • Online Purchases:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at mishajsfactory@yahoo.com. A return shipping label will be provided. Items must be shipped back promptly after approval.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. In-Store Returns:
  • Bring item and receipt to the store
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit
  1. Online Returns:
  • Email us to request return approval
  • Ship the item using the provided label
  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund.
