At Misha J’s Factory, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.
2. Condition: Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or altered dresses.
• Sale items, clearance merchandise, and accessories.
• Any item returned without a receipt or outside the stated timeframe.
Custom Orders
Custom-made dresses or items that have been altered are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Online and In-Store Purchases
• In-Store Purchases: Bring your item and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to our store for inspection and processing.
• Online Purchases: If you purchased an item online, please contact us at mishaJfactory@yahoo.com to initiate a return. A return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Return Process
1. In-Store:
• Bring your item and proof of purchase to our location.
• Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit.
2. Online:
• Email us at mishaJfactory@yahoo.com to request a return shipping label.
• Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund.
